you arenot the graduate so you can't do Regular MBA. but you can do Part time MBA from various institutions who offer part time MBA.

Although, there are institutes like IGNOU, BLB Institute of Financial Markets etc. which do give you courses in banking operations, but there is no Institute which can give you a placement guarantee that too for a diploma program.
I would like to add here, that more than the Institutes placement the thing which matter in getting a good job opportunity or making your career is your own capabilities, how you perform on the program and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of interview.

If you are doing any job,then you doing MBA distance/correspondences from any college.If you are not any job ,then you doing MBA regular.Mostly company are required regular student or professional for job purpose.Because regular student have value more and much better from distance student in any company.I am advice you are not doing any job,then you do regular,but i am send best college of B-School :-

With this IELTS score, admission would not be possible. As per the university's requirement, you are expected to score atleast 6.5 band score with a minimum score of 6 in each section in the IELTS. Please retake the IELTS and then apply.

you can't do regular PGDM. but you can apply for corrospondence coiurses if you have more then 5 year experence at executive level.

If you are planning for an MBA after your B.Com, you need to have 50% and above marks in your Graduation from a recognized University to sit for various Entrance Examinations in India. Generally most of the Management Entrance Examinations covers areas like Verbal Ability, Quantitative ability, Data interpretation & Logical Reasoning. Few of the Exams also have a General Knowledge section in it like XAT, SNAP etc. To prepare for such Examinations Time Management is the key. I would suggest you to join some coaching institute as that will help you to great extent to be more focused; also interaction with a peer group will help
