It won't affect your career if you do BDS or BAMS from a private college. Just take care that BAMS college should be recognized by CCIM and BDS recognized by DCI.

According to me, after 12th pursue BBA from a reputed institute. BBA also includes management study material that will help you to find the specialisation in which you have interest, then you can opt for the same in MBA.

55 is a very low percentage for a degree course, but you can check out for PG Diploma courses. And a lot depends on your IELTS scores as well, so try to score more than 6.5 band in IELTS. .

Admissions are not done on the basis of IELTS score alone. In fact in Germany, very high academic grades are required. I am afraid with the academic record you have possibilities are very less but you can always try. Keep looking at the other options like UK, Australia as well.

Unlike in India, you must be accepted by a research supervisor in foreign universities to pursue Ph.D. Requirements and process also differ. You need to rigorously and excessively research on universities offering research work in your area of interest, email them and also share your research proposal or interest with them. Keep checking the websites for admission notifications and apply. Universities in US will require a GRE.
