As one grows older, chances of getting admission abroad become thinner. You have 9 years gap. So it may be difficult. But nothing is impossible. I suggest you approach a specialist agency dealing with sending students abroad.

This course is of 4 years and you study pcm in the beginning and in later stage you specialise in any one of them. You get admission through JEE Mains/JEE Advanced/NEET
If you qualify any of this exam and you have top rank. You will get admission here. Every year cut off is different but you need top ranks. Course 2: integrated Ph.D. after B.Sc. In this course you get admission in combined M.Sc. And Ph.D. course. After 6 years you will get M.Sc. And Ph.D. both. Admission is through IIT JAM exam and an interview. Course 3 Ph.D. after

If you are desirous of this course then you will have to leave job and then join course unless of course if your employer is granting you study leave. It would perhaps be better if you can think of doing PG Diploma via distance education say from IGNOU.
