Hi Smita,
Although most of the Universities ask for Math at both HSC and degree level, but you can try for admission in JNU as their eligibility criteria is a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with adequate competence in Mathematics under 10+2+3 pattern of education with at least 55% marks. Apart from this you have to appear for an Entrance test as well.
You can sit for your math test through Open University. IGNOU conducts a CS60 test which is for math. You can also appear for your 10+2 math through private School. This will improve your prospects to get admission in MCA programs.

Although, there must be Institutes which take students without any Entrance Examination after taking handsome fee or have their own Entrance Examination which is too easy to clear, but do you think such B-Schools are worth getting education from, so I would not advise you to opt any such Institute ever.
Advisable would be that you should opt for a decent well recognized B-School like MDI or FMS where you may have to clear Entrance and other rounds but every single penny spent on is worth it. However, if you cannot afford to go for such Schools then I would suggest that on the basis of your Graduation you should start looking for a job and after gaining 5-6 years of work experience you can plan for a part time or EMBA degree.
However, I would still stress on doing a full time MBA degree from a good B-School and don't be afraid of competition as that is what will take you further in your career.

Universities abroad consider various factors such as previous academics, entrance test scores, work experience, application documents and so on while assessing an application for admission and scholarships; hence, it is important to have a well-rounded outstanding profile. Such awards are available generally at the Master's level only.

First of all it is very important to understand the difference between PGDM and MBA and see it in a right prospective
The main difference between PGDM and MBA is that PGDM is a postgraduate diploma program which is given by stand alone / Autonomous Institutes which come under the jurisdiction of AICTE like XLRI, SP Jain etc. And MBA is a degree program provided only by Universities and come under the jurisdiction of UGC like JBIMS and FMS, PUMBA, these B-schools are university depts. of their respective university. It depends on the schools/ institute's reputation from where you are doing the course. Like PGDM program from XLRI and MBA from FMS will have almost equal standing. Ultimately what will mater the most will be how one uses that knowledge which one acquires from the institute or school.
The recognition of an Institute abroad is generally done through it approval given by the Education council of the country so, in case the institute you are planning to join in is UGC or AICTE recognized then it would recognized abroad as well.
If you are purely looking for part time Institutes few of the good ones which you may consider are: IMT, MDI, FMS, Fore School of Management, IP University, Mumbai University etc.
