Cutoffs change every year. Previous year for general category, the overall cut-off was 97%ile with 91%ile in each section.
The cut-offs show how niche NITIE is, but just to get things in perspective, NITIE is one of the best colleges in supply chain and operations in India, arguably the best at that. For 2016, the highest package was 37 LPA and the average package being 16 LPA. Chances are if you are an above average student at NITIE, you can easily bag 20 LPA paycheque. In terms of projects and case studies, you will find NITIE in all case studies that open for IIM-BLACK. But if your interest is more in marketing/ sales/ HR then opport

Hi Bikram,
Your grades are good but other than that you have not provided any concrete information based on which I can comment anything. It will depend on your profile, what you want to study, university-specific admission requirements, etc. If you have work experience, it is good. Remember, in order to apply for the visa, you need to be accepted by a university first. So, decide what to study first, check for the requirements and proceed accordingly. If required, you can email a few colleges and find out eligibility information before applying.

Hi Azhar,
You need to first decide what to study and where. Different programs and universities around have different admission requirements. Depending on where you want to study and what you must take SAT, ACT, IELTS or TOEFL, etc. These are the tests you need to take to study abroad. Firstly, start visiting university and college websites and understand the admission requirements, fee, etc., and narrow down the choice according to your personal preferences, budget, etc. The admission process is online and each university has a deadline by which you need to submit the online application forms. Hi Sunny, at SIBM Bengaluru, we do not have a specialized course on Business Analytics. However, all four specializations have analytics in their curriculum. We have modules of R, SPSS, and Tableau etc. These are mandatory to clear a semester. This helps immensely with the placements as well.
The Cut off percentile last year was 89.65%. This is expected to increase this year and range between 91-93%.
I hope this solves your query. For further information, please enquire or visit www.sibmbengaluru.edu.in.
