i think going for mca will be best.having masters digree in any field is very good for carrier.
and if u want u can also have some part time courses. or some other courses through private exam. while doing mca.

For doing an MBA, one needs a graduation as minimum. Up to my experience, people with diploma may not be allowed into MBA.
