You must meet the admission requirements, if you have met the criteria then why not. If you had gap year you can justify the same. It's normal to have 1-2 years of gap but you must show why you took the gap. Decide what to study and check admission requirements like IELTS/TOEFL, etc., prepare accordingly.

Well, there are crash courses for CLAT at various coaching institutes which are for 2 months just before CLAT exam i.e. in March or April.
Also, you have full 1-year and 2-year classroom programmes wherein 2 or 3 days classes a week are taken. While in crash courses, you have regular classes i.e. everyday.

1. Higher Studies- If you want to pursue higher studies, again there are various options available:
a. Technical - M.Tech. (GATE) or MS (GRE)
b. Management - MBA(CAT, MAT, etc.)

First, it depends from where you do it. Unless, you do it from top 50 institutes, there is no benefit and point except learning in the classroom. You should do general management for the career where specialised or core area are not avail such as facility management, sports business management, retail management, supply chain management, BPO and business management. International management is suitable mainly when you are working in an export oriented business or such fields.
