Eligibility for M.Sc in clinical research:
Candidates wishing to apply for the course need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria:
Graduation completed from a recognized university.
A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation.
Graduation needs to have been completed in any of:
Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Botany, or Zoology)
M.B.B.S./ B.D.S./ B.A.M.S./ B.H.M.S./ B.U.M.S./ B.V.Sc./ B.S.S.M.
Bachelors in Physiotherapy, Pharmacists (B.Pharma, M.Pharma), Nursing
Candidates awaiting their graduation-level examinations results are also eligible to apply on provisional basis.

LPU offers different specialisation to students such as Marketing, HR, Finance, IB, Business analytics, Supply chain management, Operations etc. Specialisation depends upon your interest. But they expect you to be enoughmature to choose your specialisation with the mild guidence. You can make Dual specialisation looking into the current environment- Finance-Marketing Parked at Loopia per the previous preferences, majority of students have opted for dual specialisation I. e Marketing followed by Finance ( most opted combination ) by students. First thing, it depends on what exactly you want to do in future.
1. Higher Studies- If you want to pursue higher studies, again there are various options available:
a. Technical - M.Tech. (GATE) or MS (GRE)
b. Management - MBA(CAT, MAT, etc.)
2. Government. Jobs- Again various options are there:
a. PSUs - Core companies like NTPC, HPCL, etc. hire through GATE. Some organise their own exams like BEL, AAI, DMRC, etc.
b. SSC-CGL - If you want to become a tax officer, excise officer, etc., you can appear for this exam after completion of your graduation.
c. Officer - If you want to serve country by entering into system and you have sufficient determination and dedication to your work, this line is for you. You can appear for various exams organized by UPSC every year. For example, Civil Services exam and if you want a job in your field only, you may opt for Indian Engineering Services.
d. Banking - PO and Clerk exams organized by IBPS and SBI.
e. Some other exams include Intelligence Bureau, SSB etc.
f. Other than these if you are interested in space, you can go for ISRO or DRDO.
3. You can also go for engineering entrance exam coaching institutions if you are strong technically and you have a keen desire to impart knowledge. Also, you can go for IT sector if you are good at programming.
