You don't need to worry about that you can give your 12th standard exam again. Make sure to secure more than 75% (general category). As far as JEE Mains is concerned you can apply for maximum 3 times.

Hi, admission in DTU is based on JEE Mains rank only. However, you must be knowing the 40%-60% criteria. 40% weightage is given to JEE and 60% to class 12th. Hence both are important to secure a decent rank. Sit in the counseling process and there are chances in DTU provided your JEE score is above 150 in general category.
