Hello,
It depends on the career plan that you want to opt for. You can opt for B.Com or BBA. It is always good to do some relevant courses along with this. If you are looking for a career in financial industry then a B.Com along with some professional course in finance will help you get a job faster in the market.
The time is evolving and the companies nowadays are looking at the candidates who have the right certificates. You can work as a Treasury Manager, Investment Counselors, Financial Consultants, Manager in Export/ Import firms, Research Associate, Private Banking (RM), Derivatives Advisory, etc.

To get admission for B.E. CSE through management quota at SRM Easwari Engineering College, you need to visit the college personally and submit required documents like 10th & 12th marksheets, ID proof, and photos. Management quota admissions don't require entrance exam scores but meeting the minimum eligibility of 10+2 with PCM is essential.  After application and fee payment, the college will call you for document verification and seat allotment. For exact details, contacting the admission office directly is recommended.

None of them answered your question correct. So, at first about the placement: No IIT's have got 100% placement but only those opt for campus placement which is around 60%-70% of the total eligible candidates. So, you can't be placed if you don't opt. So, I don't see a problem in placement in IIT here. So, don't believe those misinterpreted placement statistics in your newspaper. (Note: My words are coming from the official placement data published by IIT Bombay.)
Now, about IIT or IIST. You should go to IIT, if you wish to continue your study and do M.Tech or Ph.D, as when you apply for higher studies the IIT name will give you an edge

No, JCECE last conducted exam for MBBS/BDS in 2016, admission in MBBS/BDS is through is NEET(you have to be a Jharkhand domicile and state of eligibility should be Jharkhand), application for MBBS/BDS is offline (unlike other UG courses exam), you have to fill the form, attach enclosures, there is no application fee for it, you have to send the application and other enclosures to JCECE board, Namkum-Ranchi via post. The application is invited after NEET result, however, for Ayurvedic and homoeopathic courses, admission is done through Jharkhand combined competitive entrance exam.

Yes, definitely a good combination. A CPA makes you eligible for global career in public accounting beyond India and a CFA in investment banking. MBA may not be required, but you may go ahead.
