Dear Nida,
Its always good to be a Master degree holder. So complete your M.Com., while you are teaching Tally there. An M.Com., degree holder with the knowledge of updated Tally version will be paid best in the industry. Both BPO and non BPO sectors are in need of commerce graduates. So you will be a good resource. Later, you can do any short term courses like Ms.Aru Chopra listed according to the organisation's requirements. If you are good performer at your workplace, your employer would also sponsor (40% to 75%) for the corresponding short term courses you do. So all the best.
