Hi Santosh, as per your work experience, you may opt for Executive MBA. It is specially designed for the working executives to take part in the program without hampering their career and considering the work experience one must be an apt candidate for a good number of institutions.
To be eligible, candidate must be graduate with a minimum work experience of 3 years. However, it must be remembered that the work profile, status in the work place are closely considered while considering an applicant for an EMBA. Majority of the institutes consider scores on CAT or GMAT as one of the eligibility criteria for EMBA programs.

If you possess logical aptitude and went to Engineering due to the same, do stick to it and make a Career in that direction. Software development is a very good direction for you, if you have IT/CS as stream. You could take Design usage for User Interface Design in IT firms, provided you also have creative zeal. In creative domain segments like web and gaming require both design and development. So, in case you wish to get into creative, you may try getting into these directions. However, it is not appropriate to change career directions in midst. R&D must be done in higher secondary level for a capital Career decision. After Engineering, if you are interested to carve career in Design then opt for NID or IDC at IIT Powai. Please note that more then qualification, companies in creative segments like Graphic etc need expertise on desired skills.
