Dear Puneet, if you are looking for career in education sector or research centers of Adobe, Google, IBM, ECIL, ISRO, DRDO etc then only your post graduation can be of advantage otherwise for a normal career in IT sector or govt sector, your graduation degree is sufficient.
IIIT-Hyderabad offers MS by research & M.Tech. First one is for those who have strong inclination towards research and ability to write quality papers. Both can give you advantage in sectors mentioned by me above but choice remains with you to decide depending upon your aptitude.
