Yes, you may surely pursue MBA in aviation after completing BBA, please remember if you wish to make your career specifically in the field of aviation and hospitality and related sectors only then pursuing MBA in aviation would be the best option for you.
However, if you wish to keep your scope in other sector as well, in that case you may consider pursuing general MBA program.
The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years after completing your BBA, and then opting for MBA.

Make sure that you choose to pick Maths as one of your subjects.
And once successfully done, you may proceed with 3 year bachelors degree in Computer Applications through either mode of distance or regular.
2. Another option is to pick 3 year Diploma in Computer Applications.
And once successfully done, you may apply for direct admission into 2nd year of 3 year B.C.A program (regular or distance), through lateral entry.
