Read books and newspaper it will give you a general idea of grammar and you'll learn some new words. Try to learn correct pronunciations of words. If you want to know the current usage of terms and stuff read blogs. You'll get an idea about how english is used in common life. But first clear the basics of grammar.

If you had failed in supplementary exams held in 2012 june, then you have an option to wrtie them this march-april main exams. I think you can write in march-april main exams if you had paid for your third attempt exams.
