Northern and Eastern part of India has many good B-Schools especially Delhi/NCR region and Mumbai-Pune region. In south, Hyderabad and Bangalore have number of B-Schools. As you are from Jaipur than try to get in Northern part or Mumbai/Pune.

It depends on your interest if you are interested in continuing in the technical field then MCA is a good option. If you have an interest in managing roles and business then go for MBA. Comparing the two, MBA has more diversified job opportunities and have chances of the higher package than MCA offers. During MBA you will get to know about various fields of business and as per your interest, you can stick to the one which suits the best to you. I would say MBA has an edge over MCA but at the end, it is your interest that matters.

For admission in B.Ed programme, you should have 50% in your graduation from a recognised university and you have to clear the test and interview process as per university admission process in which you would apply.

The choice of the engineering branch depends on your interest.
Below mentioned are the reasons:
1. Market conditions vary approximately every 6 months to 1 year. Engineering is a 4 year course. There is a high chance that the field which looks the most promising at the time of taking admission might not be good when you complete engineering.
2. Engineering mostly involves practical skills rather than theoretical knowledge. If you choose a stream based on market trends, chances are that you might not be able to understand the subject properly. This may result in lesser grades and impact on practical skills.
