Yes, with a 48 percentile in CAT, you might have a chance to get admission into the MBA programme at the University of Hyderabad (School of Management Studies). For general category students, the cutoff has usually been around 50 percentile, so your score is quite close. You should definitely consider applying, as cutoffs can slightly vary every year depending on the number of applicants and their scores. The admission process at the University of Hyderabad includes shortlisting based on CAT scores, followed by a Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). The final selection is based on your performance in all these stages.

I guess your question is on entrance exam preparation for NMAT, TISS, SNAP and similar exams. You need to have full dedication to prepare for these entrance exams. Start working on basic concepts and problems initially than move on to some difficult and confusing problems. Verbal needs continuous practice, do look at some YouTube videos and read blogs on how to crack verbal part of CAT and similar exams. TISS also have GK part for which you need to read newspaper daily. You need to make a habit of it. DI/LR part again needs practice.
As you are working, give at least 1-1.30 hours for studying. Make a proper schedule of how you will stud
