They should have a minimum undergraduate cumulative grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0 grading scale. Applicants, whose native language is not English, including those from India and the People's Republic of China, must demonstrate English language proficiency by taking the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a score of 550 or above on paper based test, 213 or above on computer based test and 80 or above on internet based test.
