Hi Payal,
Let first begin with the last part of your question, there is no institute in India which offers 100% placements as this entirely depends on the person's hard work and performance.
With a Bachelor in Engineering, opting for an Animation course would entirely depend on your creative edge and your area of interest. Arena is one of the many well reputed institutes in offering animation courses. To know about these, you may refer to the following link:

Hi Yogender,
In most of the cases, the institutes do not allow this provision as because the base is different from what you plan to pursue but then this may vary as well. I would suggest you to mention the institute name that you plan to pursue your B.tech from based on which one can provide you with complete information.
Also to gain admission to B.tech 2nd year, you need to apply through the lateral entry and need to qualify an entrance test for the same. Yet you may go through the following link consisting of the list of institutes offering B.tech in Computer science:

Hi, You can definitely opt for a foreign language in any of the languages of your interest or if requirement. But it is advised to opt for a regular course as the same offers better quality and career options as well; also there are hardly any options from where you can acquire online education and can practice the course well.
To know about the institutes in India offering Foreign Languages, please refer to the following link:

Hi Anuja,
Of course Journalism has a bright future. Journalism does not need an educational background, it only requires two things that is awareness and strength; awareness about what all is going around and whether it is right or wrong and the strength to portray / convey everything to the masses and how it will affect them. Journalism as a career is very challenging and requires a lot of hard work and patience. To become a good journalist you need to have a good command over Hindi, English or your regional language. I agree. however, be cautious about large number of low quality MBA degree distributing institutes. You will only lose money to get a paper certificate that will have no value in the market. Even in the top 20 B-Schools, edu is much cheaper comparing other countries.
