Director is quite a responsible position so, the success on this post would largely depend on your capabilities and your performance; so if you perform well on your job, it will definitely increase your chances to get to the next position, but as the selection on this & the higher positions is done through Service Commission, it would be difficult to give any specific information on the career graph of the personnel holding such positions.

Hi Fayaz, you should first of all complete the course you are pursuing. Most of the courses meant for International students are taught in English so a knowledge of German will not be required though it will be an added benefit as it will ease you to find a part time job. The course is 2 yrs in duration and is conducted twice a year. You need to fill up an online application after which you will sent a list of documents that you need to submit.
