Hello Vemula,
Entry to this course is exactly in line with entry for other degree courses of engineering. At national level you have to appear for JEE Mains and at state level you have to appear for state level entrance exam. Preparing for exam involves studying every subject every day, assigning some time for exercise, some time for entertainment and giving as many mock tests as possible.

We are assuming that by 'without maths', you mean without prior knowledge of maths. You do not need prior maths knowledge to clear the CFA. You will be taught the required quantitative skills in the course. You can do self-study but we strongly recommend you join prep classes as this will save you all the confusion.

You can look for Mechanical it has some good subjects which requires sound knowledge of Physics. Subjects like Mechanics requires good knowledge of Classical Physics (Stress, Elasticity, Truss etc.). Electrical Engineering on the other hand will need good practice of Maths as you need to work more on electrical circuits, Network Analysis includes concepts of Fourier and Laplace Transforms.
