Dear Sandeep, if you can get good rank in JEE Mains after dropping one year then you should drop but diploma engineering is also a good course you can do B.Tech after completing this course also. You can get direct admission in the 2nd year its limitation is that you can take admission in IIT and NIT after doing diploma engineering but there are many good colleges available.

Hi Devansh,
Firstly, you cannot apply to a German university after 12th. You must have 13 years education. Applicants from India can either:
1. Enroll into a Bachelor's degree and complete the first year.
or
2. Clear IIT JEE Advanced.
For studying you can consider the universities for technology and you must be academically very strong. RWTH Aachen, TU Berlin, TU Dresden, TU Darmstadt, Leibniz Universitt, TU Munchen and Stuttgart University are some famous names.

It will be difficult to get call at this score. Your score is on lower side. You can re-appear again this year and improve your score. CMAT score 90+ percentile is good to get a chance of call from good B-Schools.
