Normally, students are desirous of getting admission in any govt college. Thus, stiff competition. I therefore feel that 75 percentile or more should be enough.

College will not be providing any laptop for you. If you feel it's required, you can bring it and use but college has two computer laboratories which will be available for you and can be useful for your work.The college is surrounded with a 24/7 Wi-Fi facility with a limit of usage everyday.
