Many people are shifting to Ayurveda Medicines because of side effects of Allopathic Medicines but since results are sow for Ayurvedic medicines therefore people refer to allopathy only. Welingkar Mumbai has more courses in their campus when compared to Bangalore.
Apart from that, the course structure is almost the same.
The difference comes in faculty, pedagogy of teaching, events and seminars, and companies for placements.

You can register for PhD after PGDM if you are interested in reserach or teaching.
