With this score, it is difficult to get into even a tier-3 college. My advice to you is to write the exam again next year so that you can get into good colleges.

Hi,
You are not eligible for science related program in Master's degree. You need to start it from Bachelor's degree again, if you had science stream in class 12th. You can think of psychology program.
You can pursue MBA program to enhance your knowledge and could get managerial position. You can do some research on this field and take decision wisely.

There is no specific coaching class which can be called 'best'. It depends upon how well you utilise the resources given by them. Though, you can consider the likes of TIME, IMS, Career Launcher, etc. And if possible, do attend their demo lecture to have a better idea of their teaching methodology. I hope it helps.
