Hello Soumya,
It is very nice to see your aim of pursuing your post-graduation in engineering in the branch of biotechnology from GITAM. It is the Geetham Deemed to be university from which you are doing your graduation in engineering and are in 3rd year. Correct? In such a situation I would like to advise you to just walk across the office of your registrar or the officer in charge of Administration or the officer in charge of Academics and this person will brief you about the different branches of Engineering in which you can do your post-graduation from GITAM.

MBA UT is a good program. But it is valuable only if you go to the University of Toledo for your second year. I don't say that spending two years in PSGIM won't provide value. It provides lesser value than the aforesaid program. But, if you want to pursue your second year at US, it is mandatory to write any of the exams as follows: GRE, TOEFL, IELTS. Generally, students MBA students prefer TOEFL or IELTS.

With this percentage it is very difficult to get admission in NITs or good government colleges but you can apply in good private universities or institutes. You can also try for state level counseling for engineering admission.
