The last year CMAT cutoff of N. L. Dalmia and SIES were 232 and 227. I think you have little advantage here if cut-off goes down.

CTET is conducted for recruitment of teachers to both government as well as private schools. The test consists of two papers. Yes, you have to give GRE, if you want, but IELTS is compulsory you have to give IELTS. It is a language based exam, the exam is for testing your English language, so you have to give IELTS.
