At the end of the day, all the institutes expects students to do more of self study and faculties are there to help solving queries.later on during campus, it is again, how much a student prepares for the occasion and Not only on study parameter but also over all self development, where again it is more of self building and less of faculty intervention. So for freezing on an institute, please look at the infrastructure / facilities provided by the institute with the fee they are charging.
