I will suggest you following time table for better results and better concentration:-
1. Wake up in morning by 6.30-7 AM, take bath , have a good breakfast and go to college.
2. In classes, make short notes of whatever your teachers are teaching. Note important definitions, equations, diagrams and topic names.
3. Return home, have some thing to eat and go for some sports/running/jogging for one hour.
3. Come back home, freshen up and read news paper for 15 minutes. Now sit down for studies for 2 hour. In that refer your class notes and with the help of books, make detailed notes. For each subject, have a separate notebook. After finishing
