You can seek admission in MCA after B.Com to become a software developer. You can do MCA in few colleges without having maths in class XII but your choices will be very limited. I had many successful and excellent B.Com-MCA Developers in my teams during my corporate career. If you are interested in career in IT industry, you must seek admission in a good university for MCA.
