Entrance test score doesn't guarantee admission. Admission depends upon a lot of factors like past academics,entrance test score and GD/PI performance.
So, in order to make it, prepare well for GD/PI rounds.

You are probably a working professional, so choose executive MBA (weekend) within your diameter rather than part time PGDM.
You can also choose Anna University affiliated full time MBA from Gnanamani College (Namkakkal, Tamil Nadu) at total course fee of 1.6 LPA (probably lowest among private colleges) if you have 60% in graduation and decent entrance score.

As per the CCH rules, You don't have any option of taking up a surgery course as that requires MBBS at least in India. You may look for various other options as compiled by one of the professors here:

I don't have enough knowledge but as per my research, I think its an average college providing placements with average package around 4.2-4.5 lacs. Please try contacting their current students and Alumni for more details.
