Both of these are very different courses, but yes, you can surely pursue designing along with medicine. All you need to do is take out some time and for designing and pursue it simultaneously. If you happen to become more interested in the same, then the best part is you may pursue the same and leave medicine.

Hi Aaditya,
If you are looking for affordable options then study in India, there are world class aviation programs and institutes here. Don't go out looking for cheaper options since the quality of training and infrastructure will be poor, on top of that licensing is not provided. Russia, New Zealand, UK, etc. are good options otherwise but always check with the institute about the license exams.

Hi Swagat,
MBA in Malaysia and Thailand is not as popular as other countries like Singapore, USA, UK, etc. but they are very affordable. It's also not as competitive. Though they may be gaining some popularity I would't say it should be the only option. Malaysia has many foreign university campuses which you can consider like University of Nottingham, it also has a semester or module in UK. For career prospects, you have to email the university and ask for the career record of former students. There are many such campuses in Malaysia. You should also consider Singapore, China and Hong Kong instead.
