Sorry, but there are no provisions of such type when you have failed to give exam, because no Institute give another chance for a certain time. But, now you can backup for your next year admissions if you want. But, till then you have no chances.

Dear Vishal! Your class 10th CGPA Matters when you will choose the stream in class 11th. Rest it's all depends on your class 12th marks for B.Tech admission. In India! While admission to your Bachelor degree, what matters is your Class 12th marks and the score (or rank) you obtained in the Entrance Exam. As you said that you have many participated in many tech-competition, this helps you while campus interviews. The college you'll be getting into will depend upon your choice, of course, your ECA trails and interviews and best four. Say your best four is 85% (after deductions) and you decided to go for Philosophy you might get into a decent college like Mata Sundri College for Women, Gargi College, Ramanujan, Kamla Nehru College. But if you wish to get into great colleges you must go through ECA trails.
