See Sandip,
You have asked a question here in the forum, this is also a way to improve your skills on English. Do read the English newspaper daily and try to impart a few English words in your language. Try to speak with your friends in the same. And hey, do watch the English Movies with the subtitles, it really helps, mind you.

Dear Monika,
See, there is no need to panic. You have a good span of two years. Keep in mind, its not just the studies that can get you in IIT, luck matters too. So, make a study plan for yourself and join an institution for coaching, as you can get the directions from there and the study material too.
