Hi SHADMA, Since you have an M.Phil you are exempted from writing NET for doing PHD.You can do your doctoral studies from university of your choice and can have the same topic which you have in M.Phil. You can actually do from TGOU or from any univy which has good guides and lab. CCMB hyd is famous for research in molecular bio so is National Institute of Nutrition. You can approach these two orgs too.

As you have not done your graduation, it would not be possible for you to get into any MBA programme, even the part time or Correspondence MBA would either require graduation or 3 yr Diploma with 3 to 5 years of work experience.

As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion or judgment about any two particular Institutes. However, GGSIPU has a better market standing than UPTU but few of the things which I would suggest you to keep in mind while judging an Institute are: first and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), Secondly, the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, the faculty(their educational background), the placement, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market

Although, the work experience is not mandatory in Top Indian B-Schools but it is always beneficial. However, if you are planning for MBA in finance then I would suggest that you should try and get the experience as well in finance sector as the Experience of marketing field would not be counted later in your job experience, moreover it can raise questions in the mind of admission committee of the Management Institutes that if you want to pursue a career in finance why you have chosen to get experience in marketing field.

as long as you have passed class 12th with 50% and above marks, you are eligible to study abroad. Gap in education is definitely a concern, but it does not restrict you from studying abroad.
