If you are able to score same kind of percentage or better in your 12th you would not face any problem in getting admission in any BBA Institue, but most of the good BBA institutes like Delhi University, GGSIPU etc. will take an Entrance Examination.
As different Universities conduct BBA Entrance separately, there is no set pattern of BBA entrance so there no one book which you can consult for BBA Entrance. BBA Entrance will have topics like verbal ability, logical reasoning, business & general awareness.
I would suggest for quantitative ability & logical reasoning section you should start going through the NCERT Books of class 9-12. For Verbal ability I would say, you can purchase Wren and Marten & a good dictionary would to start your preparations.
In the third year of your BBA you can start preparing for you MBA Entrance Examination like CAT. For this I would suggest you to join some coaching institute as it is one of the toughest entrance and self study becomes little difficult.

If you are inclined towards a career in Multimedia and Animation, You can definitely take that as a career option seriously.
There is a good overall scope of a rewarding career in this field for the deserving student, however making a choice between Multimedia and Animation is concerned, you can opt on the basis of the type of education / career you wish to pursue.
If you are keen to study a broader domain then you may better opt for the Multimedia courses but if you are clear about the specialization in Animation, you can go ahead with the same.
