As per your query, you may apply for improvement exam, however please remember every university has its own criteria and procedure for improvement exam, so in order to know the exact information it would be always advisable to contact the admission department of your university.
As per your profile, you may consider pursuing:
1. M.com.
2. MBA, etc.
However, please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.

Hello Kundan hope you are doing well,
I suggest you to give a careful thought and identify your own strengths and weaknesses. Accordingly, you may decide appropriate course for yourself. If you are Opting for science in 11th standard than Preferably go with Technical field, Else you are choosing Bi PC than Surely go ahead with MBBS.
Choose accordingly to your goal.

B.COM is a professional program. It is advisable that he picks Honors which is more of practical in nature.
Simultaneously, he can opt for additional course in order to enhance his career opportunities-
1. Professional degree- CA/CS/ICWA
2. Tally Accounting Software course
3. Diploma or Certificate Courses in Banking and Finance or even gain National/Bombay Stock Exchange Certifications.
4. Offbeat course- Learn a Foreign Language
