What you aim to do is a A Level / QCF level 2 & 3 in the UK. The immediate requirement for an admission to these kind of courses would be to have good scores in your secondary education and an english language qualification. (IELTS / PTE). Studying in India for this level of course and then going to the UK for your graduation would be a better choice. Just doing a 12th equivalent qualification in the UK will not provide that much leverage to your academic career in your life. It is always better to have your graduation an d the get into a work environment which would justify your investment in your career.
