This is common dilemma faced by BBA students. Both options have its pros & cons. If you do MBA now you will finish your education in one go. However placement of freshers is 20 to 30% lower to experienced MBA. Also direct MBA finds it difficult to relate to case studies and have challenges during class discussions. Experienced MBA has advantage in learning and placement over direct MBA. However it is difficult to compete during job ; time available for prepration will be lesser . Therefore chances to get Tier I institute reduce. If you have determination to prepare during job, It will be preferable to do MBA after gaining experien

Hi Rahul. BIMHRD is a good college. You will be getting a average package of Rs 6,00,000 to Rs 7,00,000 from this college. Now on taking drop you must see your score in entrance exams specially CAT if you scored more than 80 percentile Than yes take a drop and study for top notch college. Give your all day and night for good score. If you scored less than you have to think about a year that will be wasted by you. As competition getting tougher companies are selecting only best talent. With 1 more year gap you will be taking risk. But yeah if you can score 90- 95% in CAT then take drop.
