Both are different fields,
BAMS deals with ayurvedic medicine so after this you can get a job in government hospitals, private ayurvedic medicine companies, spa and can also run your own clinic.
whereas after doing physiotherapy you can get a job in private and government hospitals. Physiotherapists are in great demand in sports field. You can also practice on your own.
Well its solely depends on your interest that which one you would like to go for but I will recommend you BAMS.

Amity university is a average university, one can get easily admission in Amity. So, don't worry. Course fee is much higher. Placement is substandard. So, try for other better institutions and last option should be Amity.

Flight Dispatcher's Job is of equal responsibility as of a Pilot. They decide the Flight Levels, Routes, and Alternates etc. Hence, to become a Dispatcher you are required to hold a graduation preferably in Science.
There are training colleges like CTE in Hyderabad, where Air India provides training for being a dispatcher. There are many other colleges or institutes which do so. And, for being a Dispatcher in India, you need to clear DGCA exams for the same.
The job is a valued one and presently in demand. Be it a A320 or B737 Dispatcher.
