The only Engineering colleges i know of are dtu, nsit and iiit-d. There are some ip colleges too though. Admission is possible in any of these colleges with your marks, though branch may vary. Ip holds a separate admission test.

Dear Himanshu, there are public and private colleges. To pursue bachelor degree you must meet the college specific requirements, complete 10+2 with good grades and take IELTS. Application process is online and you must check the websites of each college for the same. Get your high school transcripts, letters of recommendation and SOP along with an application fee too. Humber College, Fleming, Fanshawe and Durham College are some popular ones. Best of luck
