Hello Dinika,
Yes you are eligible to get admission into FMS. The eligibility criteria is as follows:Candidates applying for admission to the Two Year Full-Time MBA must hold a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline after 12 years of formal schooling with at least 50% marks (SC/ST: Passing marks; OBC/PWD/CW: 45%) or equivalent CGPA. Candidates appearing for the final year examination of Bachelor's Degree may also apply. And yes it might be the case that open university would get less preference ONLY IF you are not able to provide any strong reason for not attending a regular college.

After completion of web designing there is a lot of jobs . You can get job in reputed company as web developer but one thing is to be noted that you should have command on a particular language .
You should have good knowledge of HTML 5 JAVA , JAVASCRIPT, C, C++, these are mandatory languages in this field.

yea. you are eligible 15% seats are reserved for OMS category. however you are not eligible to get any benefit of reservation
These 15% or 18 seats seats are available for allotment through CAP for the both eligible Maharashtra and OutsideMaharashtra State candidates. Provision of reservation for backward class categories is not availablei.e. All India level seats are treated as belonging to the General Category. Example Delhi Student applying for Mumbai colleges. But as most of the students are not aware of this competition is very less for 18 seats all open seats

UGC has banNed completely online programme. as far as value concern, if you are a fresher, there is no point. if You are planning for government job, better opt IGNOU. else opt a good state or central University only. do not opt any private University for such programme.They are running degree scams

The placement report is not out for the current year, but the highest package offered was by Asian Paints and Darashaw , the highest being around 15lpa, avg package for all was around 6-6.5
