Dear Veeresh,
The best country to study Masters in mechanical engineering is Germany as academically and cost wise it is the best choice, the rider is you should have a minimum of 75% marks in your BE to be eligible to apply. Higher the better. After that my suggestion would be Australia as in terms of getting a job after studies is higher for Mech. You also get a 2 year post study visa if you do a 2 year duration Masters and will also be eligible to apply for PR.

Yes, you can, it is the best option to go for these days, but from a good institute. You can try for IIMS or if you are an average runner then go for private universities like LPU, it is accredited by ACBSP. For more information you may refer the website.

Great! If you want to pursue degree in arts, choose Arts as your stream in pre university. You can figure out which field under Arts interests you the most. Example, journalism, media, languages, psychology, history etc. Research about each of the subjects and then see what you want to do in the long run. Accordingly make choices.
