For joining Indian Army, you have many ways. After class 12th, you can apply for NDA TES entries. After graduation, you can apply for CDSE, NCC, UES, TGC, ACC, SCO, PCSl. In all above case, you have to clear SSB interview to get selected. Also, eligibility for all entries is different. Check it with official website. To become a petroleum engineer, all you have to do is choose a good university, if you get admission in IIT/NIT/ DTU well enough, then you are at the right place to learn.
Give you entrance for IIT-JEE / AIEEE and other engineering entrances.
If you wish to seek admission in a private college here is my list of colleges where you can try for Petroleum engineering.

Hi Shivangi,
PGDM will be a better choice because the curriculum is revised updated as per Industry requirements. MBA from a university may not be that rigourous as far as industry interface is required. However there are exceptions like MBA from Delhi University etc. If PGDM of any college is accredited by Association of India University ( AIU), it gets an equivalence to degree and you can pursue PhD too.
