JNTU Kakinada is offering two years M.Tech Environment Engineering and Management in full time mode. So here is no distance learning for M.Tech courses. Further M.Tech distance learning is still not approved by UGC DEC. So avoid to do the same. Go for some part-time colleges for M.Tech part time.

There is no set rule on how to get into Stanford or even Harvard or MIT, etc. You must have an extraordinary profile with excellent grades, high involvement in extra-curricular activities, high SAT and TOEFL scores. Overall you must be an all-rounder. Check Stanford website and go through the admission requirements page. You have to understand the kind of students they look for and prepare accordingly.
