Honors in graduation is not mandatory to pursue B. Ed from any recognized university. If you have completed your bachelors degree program, in any field, from a recognized university and have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the same, you are eligible to pursue B. Ed course.

BIIB is a better option as brand name matters in MBA. Balaji is much better known than Indus Business School. In my view, BIIB is a better option.

Yes it will definitely help you out. Bank exams are broadly conducted by SBI and IBPS for the post of PO, SO, CLERK etc. These exams are conducted in prelims, Mains and interview phase.
