If you had commerce without Math in your +2 you can opt for B.Com and then do MBA, both the degrees can be done without Math, but it is always good for a commerce or management student to have a good mathematical skills.

Although, it is difficult to give any concrete list of Institutes best for MBA in these three specializations, however, as Marketing & Operations are quite traditional specializations, almost all the top Institutes will provide these specializations.
Few of the institutes for MBA: IIMs, Symbiosis, FMS, Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Schools of Management, IIT, S.P.Jain, NMIMS, IMT, MDI etc.

Although, Physics would not play a major role in your MBA but yes, if you are doing your graduation in Physics(Hons) you need to score well in your graduation so that you become eligible to sit for your Entrance Examination and even at the time of your selection your academic scores would be counted.
