No because minimum educational qualification for all these courses is pass in HSC so there is no chance of getting admission ,yes you can get admission after giving improvement exam(if there is any in your board like in CBSE)

You may do your B. Tech at 2 different kinds of education providers namely universities & Govt. Institutes of Technologies or Polytechnics. As a general rule of thhmb, the entry requirements at the universities are more stringent & the TF is higher. THe TF at ITPs are lower & the entry requirements are also usually less stringent. Ex. BE in NZ at AUT costs NZ 25900 per annum & NZ $ 25600 at Massey University, at WELTEC it is NZ $ 19696 per annum, at UNITEC, it is NZ $ 18000 per annum & at WINTEC , it is NZ $ 18540 per annum.
