It would be difficult to find many Institutes providing such courses. However, you can check with the following: IGNOU, NSOU & University of Burdwan. Also try with Amity if they have a branch in West Bengal.

There are several institutes providing Logistics & supply chain courses like: IIMM, Asian Council Logistics Management, MDI, & IIM Calcutta etc. you can check with MDI and IIM Calcutta for Part time courses.
