# If you wish to take up medicine, dentistry, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology), the combination should be biology, physics and chemistry (BiPC).
Apart form doing the degree level courses in science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas, such as, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration, hotel management, tourism management.
You can also opt for courses outside the university stream, such as hotel management, fashion technology, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses and a host of post plus two level vocational courses.
However, other than science stream you may even explore the opportunities commerce and humanities offer.

Selecting any field after XII is a task involving lot of research and self analysis. You could select any filed based on your inclination and growth prospects in industry selected. Like choosing maths and Computer Science must be done by someone good at logic. Choosing Creative filed like animation or design must be done by someone who is good in imagination and visualization. For good communicators there are few IT enabled services. And of course there are conventional segments like Engineering, Medical, CA, CS, Architectural, Defence etc.

Both are good options. Choose either.
1. BBA is a professional degree where theoretical concepts like management information systems, fundamentals of Human Resource, Financial Law, and fundamentals of marketing are taught and supplemented by practical experience of case studies, industry visits, presentations and summer placements. A BBA degree by itself might fetch you a job at the entry level, but will not provide you with enough growth opportunities unless you follow it up with an MBA from an institute of repute.
2. A B.Com degree equips a student with fundamentals and concepts on Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, Economics and Industrial Policies. B.Com is and always has been a lucrative career option among students. It is the first big step for students who wish to pursue careers in Finance, Taxation and Accountancy. It is the basic qualification required for students who want to pursue a career as CA / ICWA / CS. After completing your B.Com, a student can further his academic qualification by doing an M.Com from a recognized university.
You can even do your MBA after B.Com and specialize in finance, if you still want to be remotely connected with commerce and you are good with numbers.

Over the last one decade the profile of software tester has undergone tremendous changes. Testing has become show-stopper for several application/product implementations. Beginning from test engineer one can move to senior test engineer, test lead to test manager; else can become QA lead, QA Manager.
