Hi,
Every university in Canada has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria for admission it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue undergraduate degree from universities in Canada you need to have:
Good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in 12th.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus or TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
Please note that some university may also require you to take SAT test.

Dear Pijush Sar,
All the courses are equally good and have good job prospects in software industry. M.sc (IT) covers information Technology which will include the combination of telecommunication and computing. MCA is a three a course which will deal with various computer applications. MSC (CS) will equip you with the skills and knowledge to find innovative solutions which is the requirement of modern computer industry. MCA is considered as a professional course when compared to M.Sc (CS) and M.Sc (IT) and hence has more value. More over the other two courses are two year course where as MCA is a 3 year course.
