Indian Science Engineering Eligibility Test (ISEET) is replacing engineering entrance exams such as IIT-JEE and AIEEE from 2013 onwards. Though the papers will be set by the IITs, the exam will be conducted by the CBSE Board.
The details of the ISEET examination (available so far) are as follows:
Date/Month of Exam: April or May 2013
Structure: ISEET Main + ISEET Advanced
Duration: 3 hours each between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the same day.
Coverage:
ISEET Main (Objective Test) – Logical Reasoning, Critical Thinking and Comprehension
ISEET Adavnced – Problem Solving Skills in Basic Science Subjects
Weightage: At least 40% to Class XII Board Exams (Can go up to 100%)
Maximum of 60% to ISEET scores

Every stream is good if you look at the scope or growth attached to it. But, it also depends on the interest, whether the stream you have chosen matches your interest and personal attributes or not.
The three different and interesting streams you have thought :
Electrical engineering is a field of engineering that generally deals with the study and application of electricity, electronics and electromagnetism.
Power engineering, also called power systems engineering, is a subfield of engineering that deals with the generation, transmission and distribution of electric power as well as the electrical devices connected to such systems including generators, motors and transformers.
Agricultural / Farm machinery is a different stream. It is study of machinery used in the operation of an agricultural area or farm.
So, I would suggest you to go through the three different streams you have thought of and decide wisely as it will help you shape your career.
